About The Aztec Bowl
In 2011 360 Sports Events contracted with the Aztec Bowl to bring America’s top college all-stars to Mexico, to play on the All American Eagles team against the Mexico All Stars. The Aztec Bowl is a college Division I/II/III (since 1973) post-season football bowl game that has been played intermittently since 1954. With one exception, all of the games have been played at locations in Mexico; the exception was the 1957 game played in San Antonio, Texas.
Importance of All-Star Bowl Games for Young Athletes
The All American Bowl began in 1996 in Minnesota; It is designed to bring together the country’s top Division I, II and III college seniors and free agents to compete in an All-Star bowl setting. The All American Bowl has been held annually in December at USA Bank Stadium, as well as several other great locations across the country like Atlanta, Las Vegas, Dayton Beach and Miami, Florida.
